Production and Quality

Marangon oversees the entire production process: turning, CNC machining, welding, sheet metal cutting and bending, assembly, and quality control. The production system is fully integrated to ensure the traceability of components, from a single screw all the way through to the final assembly of the machine.

Product Testing and Development

From Prototype to the Field

New products are brought to market only after undergoing a development and testing process. The process begins with a prototype, moves on to field testing and pre-production runs, and culminates in the final product. The same process is also applied to components, with development times averaging up to 36 months.

Marangon helps customers choose the tool that best suits their needs, providing technical information and support in evaluating the best solution. Technical training and spare parts inventory training programs are available for retailers and importers to ensure a knowledgeable and competent service.
