QUATTRO rear-mounted mowers, with PENDULUM-type system, take their name from the particular attachment of the machine body to the entire suspension system. This technology allows the mower to deliver excellent performance in terms of lightness and adaptability on any type of terrain, while also enabling precise angular adjustment. The models in the range offer working widths starting from 2.40 m.

In the QUATTRO model, the mower is supported directly at its center of gravity. In this way, ground pressure remains constant across the entire working width, ensuring a uniform cut, effortless forward movement, and excellent lateral guidance.

STURDINESS AND GROUND ADAPTATION

The body of the cutter bar is connected to the end of the oscillating arm by a robust central pin. This specific construction configuration results in wide freedom of pendulum oscillation and exemplary adaptation to the contours of the terrain, drastically reducing stress on the frame. To protect the entire structure and ensure maximum component longevity, the machine is equipped as standard with a proven active safety system against accidental impacts.

SOFT ACTIVE HYDRAULIC SUSPENSION

For maximum operating comfort, the exclusive optional hydraulic adjustment allows ground pressure to be varied directly while driving. This system completely eliminates the traditional springs, entrusting load management to a single hydraulic cylinder installed on the machine. A highly visible pressure gauge, positioned for easy reading from the tractor driver’s seat, constantly indicates the set value, allowing consistently optimal adjustment that results in reduced lateral drift and lower tractor power requirements. In addition, safety in the event of sudden impact is managed hydraulically by a dedicated cylinder located on the drawbar, ensuring timely opening of the machine to protect its integrity.
